1.4  Installation and connection

Interface description

 

 

The equipment is installed on the mobile cart floor TV stand. After the equipment is fixed with the mobile cart floor TV stand, connect the power cable to the power interface, and connect it with monitor by HDMI cable. Open on it and enter the thermal imaging test interface after about 20 seconds. USB port can be used for external U disk or mouse. (As follow picture)

2. Operation Instructions

2.1  Software main interface

After powered on, the thermal imaging software will be automatically turned on, and the interface is as follows. At this time, the camera direction can be aimed at the channel port to be tested, and the equipment will automatically capture the photos of the normal and suspected person.

 

2.2 Parameter modification

Click the thermal imaging interface with the left mouse button, and the following parameter box will display.

 

Temperature compensation: User can manually add or subtract a certain temperature value to make the temperature measurement value of thermal imaging more accurate.

Voice mode: There are three broadcast modes: simple mode, voice mode and silent mode. Among them, the simple mode only has voice prompt. The voice mode will has voice broadcast prompt. The silent mode normal through without broadcast, abnormal situation will alarm.

Face calibration: Face calibration is required. First, set the face switch to on. Then, a person needs to stand about 1.5 meters in front of the camera. Then, you can click the up, down, left and right buttons to move the right thermal imaging face frame to the person's face to complete the calibration.

 

Click “More” to enter into other parameter debugging interface.

 

 

Temperature selection: user can choose degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit according to their requirement(Default Celsius for domestic users.)

Pseudo color style: The software provides 12 kinds of pseudo color for users to choose, users can choose pseudo color display according to their preferences. The default is style 1.

Alarm temperature: The user can set the threshold of alarm temperature according to his actual situation, and the default is 37.3 ℃.

 

Temperature measurement mode: When the background heat source of thermal imaging is high temperature, the user can select the high temperature mode. At this time, the equipment will start the intelligent algorithm to automatically filter the influence of background high temperature heat source on the temperature measurement accuracy.

Other parameter settings: The user needs to modify the parameters under the guidance of the manufacturer's technical personnel. Under normal condition, the user is not allowed to modify the relevant parameters by himself.

2.3 Software version upgrade

First of all, the equipment needs to be connected to the Internet. The user can use the network cable to connect the equipment network port or enter the equipment system interface to connect to WiFi. When the equipment is connected to the Internet successfully, the user can enter the parameter setting interface of the software and enter more settings. The new version is detected at the bottom. Then click this upgrade indicate button. Follow the upgrade indicate is ok.

2.4 Quickly clear files

After using the equipment for a period of time, the system may slow down due to a large number of photos saved. At this time, you can enter the software parameter setting interface to set more kinds of settings. You can find the delete file button to delete all the photo data except today.

 

2.5 Language exchange

This equipment supports Chinese and English versions. When exchange languages, please go back to the system menu and select Settings > language > English to exchange to English.

2.6 Photo save and search

The default path of photo folder is Explorer - int - normal / abnormal. The equipment supports saving records directly to the folder under the USB flash disk. After the user inserts the USB flash disk into the equipment, the default path of the photos is changed to the normal and abnormal folders on the USB flash disk. The format of USB flash disk used by users should be FAT32 format. It is better to use SanDisk or Kingston USB flash disk.

2.7 Background networking function

This equipment supports networking function. You need to ask for relevant software and install videos from technicians.

2.8 Company LOGO setting:

Save the file that named logo.png 400 * 120 in the desktop - Explorer - internal memory file, and the logo will be displayed in the upper left corner of the interface.

 

3. Cautions

1) Please let qualified service person or system installation person to install the equipment.

2) Install this equipment under the environment with lightning protection measures.

3) Please do not touch the lens to prevent the lens from being damaged or dirty.

4) Please pay attention to prevent the lens from being worn, scratched or even scratched.

5) Because the uncooled infrared thermal imager uses a very sensitive thermal sensor, the lens should not be directly aimed at the strong radiation source (such as the sun, laser beam direct or reflection, etc.) under any circumstances (power on or power off), otherwise it will cause permanent damage to the uncooled infrared thermal imager.

6) This product is a precise electronic equipment, so please handle it carefully in the process of use, storage and transportation to prevent the equipment from being collided by external force or falling from height.

7) During transportation and storage, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than - 25 ℃; The original packing box must be used during transportation.

8) Before turning on the equipment, make sure the power connection is correct. If the power connection is wrong, the equipment may be damaged.

9) Don't put any object on the power line, and don't put this equipment in the place where the power line is easy to touch.

10) If this equipment is abnormal, please contact the supplier and do not remove the equipment by yourself.
