Portable Trace Explosive Detector
Product Overview
The portable trace explosive detector uses fluorescent polymer sensing technology, based on the fluorescence quenching effect of explosive molecules like TNT on certain special fluorescent polymers. When target explosive molecules such as TNT bind with polymer molecules, the emitted fluorescence of the polymer changes instantly. By detecting the fluorescence intensity of the polymer, the presence of explosive molecules like TNT in the surrounding environment can be determined.
This instrument can quickly and accurately detect over 40 types of military and civilian explosives. It is free of radioactive sources, ensuring safe use, and has features such as high sensitivity, good stability, fast analysis speed, simple operation, and easy portability. It is suitable for security work in departments like public security, armed police, and military, and can be used for anti-explosion and security checks in urban public transportation, railways, airports, stadiums, government departments, important meeting venues, customs/checkpoints, ports/docks, mail/packages, etc.
